Is the unit still under warranty and have you checked thermostat for the appropriate zone?
Must be having warmer weather in Ringgold than we are in Chattanooga!

Also check the fuses. Controls run on 12v.

I had the same issue. Check previous posts. Your sensor is in the front bedroom by the closet. Remove cover and hold onto the bulb. Have your partner watch the thermostat and monitor the front bedroom temp. If it rises and the ac does not start the sensor is not the issue. The problem will likely end up being the rear control board in the rear ac unit. By the time the tech had finished in my unit, he replace the sensor, front control board, thermostat, and finally the rear control board. When it was finally sorted out it was September and only two days needed for ac. Hope it works this spring.
Note you may also have an issue will the cold air blowing on the sensor and turning off the unit before the room is cool.

Hi Mike,
Based on your last post, it sounds like one leg of your 50amp service is having problems. In your converter there should be two 50 amp breakers (marked MAIN) in the middle of all the breakers. Turn both of those off and then turn them back on. After that, check all your power outlets.
If that does not solve the problem, it could be a bad power cable connection in the converter, a bad connection in the power connector at the back of the trailer, a bad connection at the end of the trailer's big power cable, or a problem in the power outlet you are plugged into.
If you are not knowledgable about working with electricity, get someone that is for troubleshooting wiring connections. Troubleshooting and mistakes repairing AC power wiring problems can be a fire hazard and life threatening.

I found many barely tight wire connections on the circuit breakers, neutral buss bar, and ground buss bar in my distribution panel. And others have also. If you feel capable, disconnect power from the the park pedestal and check all screws for tightness on all the breakers and buss bars in your distribution panel.
And (again if you feel comfortable with electricity) using a voltmeter, plugged into park power, check that you have 120 vac on both side of the main 50 amp circuit breaker in your distribution panel (referenced to neutral).
