Replace Rear Day-Night Shade
After 10 years, our day-night shade on the rear window--the long one has bit the dust. I was thinking about a mini-blind with attachments at the bottom. Has anyone done that? Of course the window over the kitchen sink is a mini-blind--so I am guessing it will work! Looking for advice

Have seen folks do that, we're going for MCD shades this spring.

I installed Levolor pleated day/night shades on all windows except bedroom over a year ago and love them. Purchase from Loews.

Ours has a rear entertainment system, so I put insulating bubble wrap over the entire window as I was fed up with having light in back of the tv. Those day/night shades don't block much of anything.

Check Blinds.com or similar web site. I switched all of our shades with day/night shades from them. They came out to the RV and measured the windows and we selected the color and type of shades. We have had ours for two years and we love them. IN the night mode, the shade has a aluminum foil back, really blocks light, maintains privacy, and we think it helps with reflecting cool and heat. Just and option, there are many.

Have those blinds in 2 different 5vers now........easy to install and look good without the problems of day/night shades. Ours were light filtering.
