Cool Leaking bathroom exhaust fan cover on new 3811ms

Hello all, bought a 2019 3811ms back in June. Since the purchase we have been experiencing a leaking bathroom exhaust fan cover. Took it back to the dealership ( Camping World) and they put.a heavy seal of chalking around the bottom of the cover. It still leaks when it rains. Any one else experiencing the same problem and possible fixes? My theory now us rain is coming in along the bottomed vent fin opening. Everything else along the roof line is well sealed with chalk.

Do not discount the fact that the water may be entering your roof elsewhere and then just exiting at the vent.

Thanks for the input. Thought about that possibility. So I covered the vent cover with a plastic bag and taped close to seal out any water from the cover. During the next rain observed no leaking. Took the plastic off the cover. Next rain the exhaust fan started leaking again. My assessment it has to be coming somewhere around the cover. Inspected around the cover found no cracks. The chalking around the cover base and roof is solid. No openings, cracks or open seems..

Get Max Air vent covers for all vents. I leave my vents open year round (including while on the road ) and have never had any leaks.
