Another minor casualty from our trip...

Another casualty of our trip in the past couple of weeks is the broken ceiling light. Never would have thought about this happening. The glass globe on the ceiling fan was broke when we got to our destination. We didn’t notice any unusual problems while driving either. What we did notice is that one of the ends on the pull chain appears to be a brass pull. It apparently bounced around and hit the globe just right to break it. We replaced the globe with a plastic globe from Home-Depot.

The brass pull handle is probably the culprit; you might want to take a look at what is on your ceiling light, just a heads up!
