3850fl sliding dresser issues

Good morning!
We have a 2014 3850fl Big Sky. The 3850fl has 2 opposing rear bedroom slides. One slide contains the bed & the other the closet/dresser. The lower part of that slide is the dresser with a 9 drawer. That dresser is on rollers & is compressed into the slide when the slides are brought in. It seems that one of the shocks that holds that sliding dresser out to its stops when the slides are extended has broken. Has anyone in the group experienced this & how did you replace that shock. There does not seem to be any way to get to them to replace.
