AC condensate stains on roof

Last week I washed Monty and it looks super except:

The condensate stains from the AC on the rubber roof would not come out. Any suggestions????

I use Thetfords rubber roof cleaner for bringing the roof back to a white stage. The cleaner will not take out all the stains from the a/c, but it seems to make them less noticeable.
