InCommand issues - Unit Failed

Hi I have a 2017 Montana 5th wheel that the Incommand has failed. The dealer is getting a board that will be hard wired to the control panel. I could get hydraulic slide outs to go out but on return they would return for 5 seconds stop 3 seconds stop and not work at all.

This is all related to replacing the BMC board they worked fine when I brought in the trailer. Any suggestions? The dealer worked with Incommand on the wiring and it appears to be wired properly.

The slides stopping is your circuit breakers in the compartment by your batteries. I'd bet money on it.
