Any one ever had this "sewer" problem>

Went out today to hook up the sewer hose to the unit. All valves closed. I had been using just the holding tanks for a day before I could get to it.

Took off the cap and backed off waiting for that little "extra" that always comes. Only this time it did not stop coming. By the time I got the hose connected, well it was not pretty. Sewage in the road, on me, and heading over to my neigbors driveway. He was not happy with me.

Has anyone ever taken the cap off with the valves shut and had this happen?
