We appreciate your comments regarding our IR control system. We are working with the customers individually to address their issues, and regarding the calls we prefer that the customer's communicate by e-mail at customersupportcenter@dometicusa.com to ensure a rapid response and so we can keep track of all the history and correspondence related to the Infrared remote systems in the Montana units.

Very interesting, as I have sent 2 email's to that address for Dometic and have not had an answer to my continued IR control problem.

Tell them to log on here to the MOC and do a search... and be ready to do a looootttt of reading. I am glad I do not have that system.
