Refrigerator question

I have a Dometic RM1350SLMX with a small problem. When set to the coldest setting the refrigerator gets down to 33F, but the freezer only is getting down to 3-5F. I want the freezer to get below 0F. Does anyone know of an adjustment? I haven't found anything on the internet.

It would be a very rare RV fridge that could get the freezer colder than you're getting yours.

Like DQDick just posted, your freezer is operating normally. There is no freezer adjustment.

Our unit the freezer will get down to -6 but the refrigerator will be at 30 and freezing things. You have to adjust the refrigerator for the temp you want and the freezer is what it wants to be.

Three to five degrees is plenty cold to freeze anything.

True, but the Ice Cream is very soft at that temperature. Like I stated in the first post "Small Problem".
