Very informal meet/greet.

With 21 rigs coming to Mackinac, we should have an informal gathering Thursday evening. I don't really think we need to organize this evening, I know for a fact that when MOCers get together, everything will fall into place.
As a suggestion, we could meet at the EZ-UPs for the gathering, bring your own chairs and whatever you want to "drink"
If nothing else, I will purchase some Hello tags.
Remember, except for the evening fires, the golf and the pot luck, we are trying to keep this as simple as possible!
Friday can be used as a venture out day to see the sights of the beautiful Mackinac area.

Good idea Steve.... If you need some help with that let us know...

I am a little slow this morning..Just remembered that we have a bunch (about 60) hello tags left over from another rally and Helen is a real good printer. We can make up the tags if that is OK?????

Right now there are 21 signed up (42 tags) I a looking at a pack of 50..

I just got my hands on a 10x20 ft awning for our use at the rally. I will be bringing my 10x10 also and a couple tables.

Steve, are you looking at any specific "focus" day for anyone who wants to go to the Island? Also, we might want to get the prices from the Island attractions for MOCers budgets... I can try to find those prices for the Bridge, ferry, Fort tour, carriage tour, bike rentals, etc if you like?

Dave, that is a great idea. See, MOCers will just step up and jump in where ever they are needed!
Friday would work out as the best day, golf on Sat and the pot luck in the evening, so it looks like it's Friday!!!!!
Thanks for the help!

OK, It will be this eve before I can post the prices.

I have to pull one of priceless Missions off the Montyu and run it in to try to find a slow leak. Can't afford to replace all 4 tires right at this moment. My BD today means that I have to bless the Sec. of State (MI DMV) with my annual license fees on my GMC and the Park Ave. And they don't even wish you a "Happy Birthday" - just take your money...

Patti thinks we need to try to have people bring snacks to the meet/greet.
So, how about some little munchies to help pass the evening along.
Patti has a new dip, no not me, I the old dip, and she wants to bring it.
I really don't think we need to have this organized as it will happen. That's just the way it is when more than one MOCer sees another MOCer!!!!!
Remember, bring your own chairs and drinks and a little snack for a few.
We will try to have the Ezups up in a main area.

Where are we doing the Meet and Greet at, Steve? I was told by the Mill Creek personnel that we will be in rows 3-9. Does that sound right? IIRC that kinda spreads out a little?

Steve..In our Local camping group we have "Friday night goodies" which is a meet and greet/Social gathering. Everyone bring a goodie. We have Coffee and and a couple of pots will be there. We can do it in and around our camper if you want to as Helen will be doing the name tags.
