What is it?

Had water leaking under batroom sink. Got under there and found the loose line but I have 4 water lines, 2 go to sink faucets, but the other 2 are connected with a something that looks like a diaphram or a check valve? Anyone know what's this is for? I have a 2007, 344RET, Mountaineer.

It's an anti-siphon valve for your black tank flush. It prevents black water from coming back to the hose.

We have the same rig, I also had a water leak in the same place, it was a bad check valve (anti-siphon) for your black tank flush. I had to replace it, the maker of the valve sent me a new replacement.
