Team Montana

I have made post referring to "Team Montana" I have been reminded that there may be many members that are not familiar with that term or how to get hold of them. Here is how I do it. Others feel free to chime it.

I call Customer service 574-535-2100 and ask the nice lady who answers the phone to be directed to "team Montana" These are a group of service reps that specialize in the Montana line and , in our experience, are very knowledgeable. The one I recently spoke to is "Matt" If I or they feel they can not answer my question I will ask to be directed to someone in the organization who can help.. Example.."I would like to speak to someone who is a expert on Dual pane windows" We have always been satisfied.

Good point - some good advice that I've ALWAYS remembered (can't remember who said it, though) is if you have a problem or issue, to NEVER waste your time complaining, arguing, discussing, etc. with someone who can't do anything about it - always ask to speak with someone (the "right person") who can actually get something done to your satisfaction.

Rich,

Thanks for posting the information. We will be using our Montana more now since our business and house have sold. I don't want to use the number, but it is nice to have it just in case.
