Soft spot in floor
We have a 2955rl and sometimes when you step on a small spot roughly 10" from the oven you can feel the floor depress ever so lightly. it does not depress every time. Anyone had this experience?
Thanks!

There is a bit of flex... sometimes we feel it.. other times not. It seems to depend on how evenly we set up.

That is the way ours is...except it has not been moved in the last 3 months.
Thanks!

When we were loading up to head south, there was a noticeable "thump" in the livingroom floor. 2000 miles and one or two set ups seems to have removed it. I think that settleing in the driveway had applied a bit of twist to the frame.

Gruffy,
I checked the floor again, seems the floor is loose in a small area. I had to check several times before I could find the spot. I removed the louver from the middle heat duct and found the floor was loose where it meets the duct work. Floor seems to be 1/4" thick and held to the decking with adhesive. The area loose is roughly the width of the duct and 18" forward. It is not bad, but I am concerned it may be a problem in the future. Thanks

A little soggy next to the floor vent inboard of the drawers. I have the same thing and don't pay it much attention. When I fall through, maybe then will I look into it. One of the next sunny weekends I'll start pulling belly panels below and see if a can find the problem.

Our 2750 had a soft spot right in front of the kitchen sink at the rear. It was close to the floor vent and I always felt the floor just wasn't supported correctly around the vent.

I have a 3255RL 2004 and I also have a soft spot in the floor in line with the frig and stove, dealer claims its because the duct work runs under it.

Marvin,
I can understand, the ductwork is under the area that has the slight give to it. I just don't want it to get any worse than it is now. I have only noticed it recently...had the 5er since last February.
Thanks!
