I am trying to look up the G614 tires and can't find them. What would be they listed under? I put G614 in the search box and it comes up, no matches found. This is even on the Goodyear website. Any help???

Mark way do you want to run such a heavy tire on your Montana. You will find a lot of folks run the B.F.GOODRICH COMMERCIAL TA with great success. My Montana weights moore than the 2995 rl and I love the B.F GOODRICH tires.2007 3485 SA.

Steve1952, I guess it's just personal preference. I have heard alot of great things about the Michelins as well BF Goodrich, Goodyear, etc. I saw a list that Lonnie, the resident tire guru put out on tire choices for the 2955RL and the Michelins were #1 on that list.

1. Michelin XPS RIB
2. BRIDGESTONE DURAVIS R500 COMMERCIAL LT
3. BF GOODRICH COMMERCIAL TA
4. BRIDGESTONE DURAVIS R250 COMMERCIAL LT
5. FIRESTONE TRANSFORCE H/T

All good tires...look at the load capacity (not just whether it's a E rating) and price. In that list you may find quite a price difference.

I know the Michelin RIBS are probably somewhat pricier than the others. But like I said it all comes down to preference. And I think you have to throw confidence in what you're buying and piece of mind in there also.
