Pin Box Level
Has anyone mounted a level on a 5th Airborne Pin Box

My neighbour mounted one on the top of his pin box. Just drilled a couple of holes and screwed it on.

I have one on the Trailair pin box, don't see any reason you couldn't install one the 5th Airborne. GBY.....

I mounted one, drilled the pinbox and treaded the holes, 8-32, then used ss capscrews to mount the level. Great add.

I used that level for several years but switched to the uglier white one. The reason is the silver one in your link gets sluggish in cold weather. Several times I thought we were level just to have it move off level after I unhitched. The ugly level doesn't get sluggish like that. If you don't do colder weather (say thirties or below) then I'd not worry about it. Otherwise, beat on that level before you unhitch so it may move to where it ought to be.
