alignment and tripod

First question
We had a blowout and realized we need new tires, old ones dried out.
When looking at the wherls it looks like one wheel is out of sink from the others
Do 5th wheels get an alignment like a car? If so where do I take it?

Second question
What about those tripod stands I see in front of the iverhang? Is it necessary or just a stabilizer to ease the rocking?

Not sure what you mean by "out of sync" but assuming uneven wear on one specific tire. Axles can be aligned, a bend process. Done by an axle specialist. Could also be a balancing issue or problem with axle mountings being bent or distorted. Or an old tire running on improper PSI. Or a new tire running on improper PSI. Alignment is a rare requirement in my experience. The tripods provide for stabilization, I have found them to be not worth the trouble of carrying and gave mine away a long time ago. Some folks like, some folks don't.

If you get new tires do NOT replace them with standard E rated ST tires from China. Around here they are called China Bombs for a reason. Get a good set of G rated tires. The China Bombs blowout way too often and when they do they can and frequently do thousands of dollars damage to your camper. That is a very good way to ruin a vacation.

You already have all the tire and axle info you need, but just to add to the tripod comment, IMHO they are a total waste of money for a Montana particularly one with level-up.
