Roof Caulking
My Monty is 7 years old. I have cleaned the roof but never have I done any caulking repair. I have not had any problems with leaks( knock on wood).

I inspeccted the caulking and it appears to be OK. Some cracking but no real deep cracks that expose the inner roof.

What have you done..
