Pizza Hut Rip-off

I guess times are tough for everyone, but Pizza Hut will only get one 'bite of the apple' from me.
Ripped off the Ozzman last night, the 'P-Zone' they sell is nothing but dough. Both Sue's and my Calzone had one tablespoon of filler in each section.
I e-mailed Pizza Hut Corporate to report the problem.
It took 15 minutes on the phone to order the food, this RV park has no address listed, but it one of two in this little town, I can't believe no-one has ordered a Pizza from them...probably just once.
Sue told me to hang up and try someone else.
I should have.
Pictures of the big dough mess and a picture of the filler on one section. The small amount of filler was horrible.
I picked at it with a fork to get to the filler:

On a brighter note;
When you folks are in Camp Verde, try the 'Famous Pizza' the Greek Pizza is the best Sue and I have had in our lives, it was so good, we had it 2 days in a row.

Now if you really want to get upset, get ahold of the nutritional information on what you ordered

Wow I never got one like that from them. I wonder if they hand make them at the store or if they are made and shipped in from corporate. May just have been the kid making them that night if they are made and shipped in I won't order another.

Since our last time at Pizza Hut (1998) we will never eat there again and tell everyone how bad their food is.

Probably not correct in my grammar, but you get the idea......

We are not big fans of Pizza hut and that Calzone looks pitiful, We prefer UNO's here in Florida. However we have a Pizza hut across the street from our Campground and have ordered from them as a last resort. They do a good job..not a great job..but not bad..

Good thought, but I was still hooked up, so pretty much at the mercy of delivery folks.
The delevery guy was super nice, and the food was delivered in a timely manner.
Guess 2 out of 3 is Par...?

Ha! it was so funny, the next morning the guy to our passenger side with a Big Horn (who ran his slide into a tree, he was so close) had a water leak, there was a 'lake' under his 5th wheel. The guy next to us drivers side probably had the tank fill valve open and water shot out of the overflow, he flooded the entire back side of the campground. Next morning, I walked around looking at the mess. Too funny...
We left...

That's why Montana's are so high off the ground. To avoid floods caused by the neighbors.

My také on this: never had bad pizza from PIZZA hut, now if the name was CALZONE hut I would have been disappointed. Companies should stick to what they do the best!

One thing about the chain pizza restaurants - they make the independent mom & pop pizza joints taste even better!

We got them also around our neck of the woods and thought the same thing. I think it was a lunch special for around $5.00. When they arrived they where terrible, just about what you pictured. We where disappointed also. I think it is a low cost advertisement and you get what you pay for ...just about nothing. Have not ordered them since.

Well someone has to defend the good name of Pizza Hut, so it might as well be me. I'm not a big fan of chain pizza restaurants but the one in Belleview, Fl, is not bad. Service is a little funky but the food was good. We did the p-zone on the night that it was a special, I think $5. I ordered the meat p-zone and Louise ordered on that had sausage, onion & green pepper. Both of her's were evenly distributed with ingredients and mine was a little lopsided with lots of meat in one and not so much in the other but acceptable.

Beats the heck out of CiCis or Dominos but no subtitution for a home made one from a local pizzaria. By local I lean towards D&L pizza( Dick & Louise).

We don't go to Pizza Hut for another reason. One of our hs students worked at Pizza Hut. I would leave her a couple of $s as a tip. (she needed the money) She came up to me in class one day and said "not to do that." I asked why not? She said that all the tips she gets are subtracted from her Pizza Hut pay check so that we are subsidizing their labor expenses and she doesn't see any extra income. I stopped giving my $$s to Pizza Hut! Instead I slipped her a some $s at school. She said thanks! Tips are for the waitress for good service NOT to replace Pizza Hut's labor expenses! Boo Pizza Hut!
