We had that problem on our 2000 Montana just this past spring. We were traveling down the interstate somewhere in Oregon and I glanced out my side mirror and noticed the big slide had come out about 1 1/2 inches. When I got to a rest stop I got out and sure enough the two biggest slides had slipped out. When I got to my destination, I purchased 2 2x4's, cut them to fit on each end of the slides when retracted and continued to travel. Made an appointment with Ketelsen's RV in Hiawatha, IA to have the problem fixed. Turned out to be the DeWald hydraulic pump was allowing the fluid to seep back into the pump which, in turn, allowed the slides to go out just a little. They replaced the pump at no cost to me because I have a 7-year extended warranty. The work cost the extended warranty company $597.00.
So, there you go. It happens to Montana's too. It's not the fault of Keystone. And, DeWald makes good products, but things do fail, especially when they get the workout we give them.
