Salmon Fish Balls--Printed June 6, 1913
Two cups salmon, one cup mashed potatoes, one-half cup melted butter, little salt and pepper. Work potatoes in with salmon and moisten with the melted butter until it is soft enought to mold and keep its shape. roll the balls in flour and fry quickly in lard till a golden brown. Take it from fat as soon as done and lay on paper towels to drain.. Serve hot.
