Dimplex/Optiflame Fireplace Problem

Fireplace had been working properly but this morning would not turn on---main on/off switch does not turn on power, hence no flame nor heater. Checked main circuit breaker and fuse panel and all appears ok but not certain which fuse is fireplace fuse,if there is one. Any ideas or possible fixes would be appreciated, Thanks.

Barmar,
I just replaced the fan and heater module in our fireplace, and unfortunately the model is similar but not the same as yours. I checked the wiring at the connector you showed and mine are tight. Thanks for the slideshow and photos you posted.
Best wishes,
Steve

Great help from John Kohl!! Took fireplace apart and sure enough--power wire shorted out at terminal board frying two terminal posts; sure is a potential fire hazard(short did not trigger circuit breaker) Got unit going again but need parts from manufacturer for permanent fix. Tried to cantact them last two days no luck---put on hold forever so I just gave up for now!!!
