My 2955RL is in the shop now. Has been there for 5 weeks. Last time I talked to the place, they were waiting for a part. Something about a 'snap in tray'. Hope it is fixed soon. My AC is the lo profile duo-therm 15000BTU. This subject has been discussed earlier but I have not heard anything about it lately. When I get it out of the shop I will know more and if the 'fix' works.
