Water leak on slide-outs

I have a 2004 Montana 3685FL that we purchased last May. The dealer hauled it to our permanent campsite and set it up. Both front slide-outs have been leaking ever since. Also when we went up to camp last month, it appears that there is a power drain somewhere. The TV screen is only partially filled. Numerous attempts by the dealer to correct the leaking situation have been in vain. Is there anyone out there who has a camper like ours and are experiencing the same problems?
