Florence

Has anyone noticed that there is a lady by the name of Florence out in the Atlantic. It is still far out there and the tracks are only till Friday The 10th.Still to far out to get a accurate track on her course toward the USA....However if she continues as tracked and intensifies she will visit S.C about the same time we are there..

Montana vs Hurricane....Montana 0 hurricane 1.

At least it will cool down. Look at the bright side.

Just a part of life along the Mod Atlantic. When she gets close then we'll pay attention. They only move at slow speeds, plenty of time to run away. Seriously, we will be able to make sound decisions in plenty of time. Jim and are very familiar with them. Larry

Rich ; at least a hurricane you have 3 to 5 day notice , but a tornadio you have 1 second or less to get out of the way . Us FL people learn this fast . don't worry , be happy ..sailer

We have ridden out a couple of tropical storms while camping in Myrtle Beach. Makes for an exciting trip, but the Monta can handle it. You sure don't want to get caught up in that evacuation traffic leaving the beach. It took me 9 hours one time to make a 3 1/2 hour trip back home from MB during a hurricane evac. I'd rather rider 'er out...lol

Hey if you guys get some rain down there will you send it up to us? We really need it! No rain of any real measurement since June. The temps have been upper 90's to 110+ for nearly two months now. Wish we could have scheduled the Mid Atlantic in but just wouldn't work. Hopefull next year! Have a great Rally gang!

Both of us being from an aviation backround we are wind sensitive.Few folks can accuratly judge wind speed. A 70/75MPH wind is a big wind and will put a Montana on its roof.

On edit..look like everything out there is a bust.... we are good.

Rondo we wish we could send you some rain. It has rained almost everyday since we got home. According the weather report it is going to rain at least 4 of the next seven days.
