Our great product, Gorilla glue has a new baby brother, it is a Quick cure one hour type that dries White. It's waterproof as well.
Time to add it to the Ole toolbox, I know I will.

...got another one for you...white electricians tape...

I use it to seal around my external filter on the air conditioner...works really well too. Industrial velcro to hold it up (four corners), and the tape to seal it.
From our usage this season, the filter is noticeably getting dirty. Time for a new allergen 10 X 16...

Funny you should mention Gorilla glue, just recently used it for a repair; it really worked well!

Bob just used the gorilla glue on my counter top and the front steps where the no skid strips were starting peal. He had the take THAT attitude after he was done using it.
