We had that happen to us last winter and E-mailed Lippert about it. We had a brand new pump less than a week later.

Looks like you are probably out of warranty like I was so replacing the pump to the tune of over $1,000 would be last on my list. As noted in the above referenced threads, I went to a hardware store that could make gaskets and had them make me several slightly larger in cross section than the original. I installed one of them and havn't had a leak for months. That is the 99 cent fix. In addition, I placed a piece of solid foam insulation under the tank to prevent the tank from bouncing when going down the road and comming loose. (The tank is cantilevered out from the pump).

It's not really a gasket, but an O-ring (at least on mine) As mentioned, you can have one made or just match the old one up at a local hydraulics supply house. Worst case senerio is the flange on the reservoir itself is cracked or warped ... I dunno if just the reservoir can be bought. It might be worth a try calling Lippert for the answer to that question.

The pump is warrantied for 5 years if you are the original owner. Just had mine replaced for free 2 weeks ago.
