Montana 3 Year Structural Warranty

Has anyone had any experience with this warranty? I have it on our new 2018 3121RL and I know it is new but after the first 12 Months does anyone really know what the rest covers? I can not seem to get a straight answer as to what is covered for year 2-3?

I wanted to put on lipperts shock kit I had left over from my last camper on my new unit with the same 3 year warranty you have . So I called Keystone and asked if this would void my 3 year warranty as it was not factory installed. Their answer was to call Lippert and ask them as they were the manufacture of the frame. I called Lippert and they said to call Keystone and ask them as they are the manufacture of the camper we just supply them with what they spec. and it`s under their warranty.
I think they train their customer service people in these tactics and just run you around unit you give up. I asked for the warranty about this in writing, I have yet to receive anything and don`t expect to.
