Roger and Sandy--How did the first trip go??

Hi Roger and Sandy,

We have been anxiously waiting to hear how the first weekend out went with your 318 BHS Mountaineer. How did everything work?? Did you have enough space and nooks and crannies for all the "stuff" to bring? How was it backing into campsites??

We were busy putting miles on our new truck (before towing in a few weeks) this past weekend and managed to find a dealer with a Mountaineer travel trailer as well as the 5 th wheel. The travel trailer is nice but we still like the 5th. Looked at some other brands as a comparison but keep coming back to the Mountaineer as first choice....Took the kids to see what we were actually looking at. Our 13 year old daughter was impressed with her own "room" even though she has to share it with her 3 year old brother. He can't climb onto her bunk yet so her "stuff" is safe for a while. Our little guy walked into the bunk room and right away "My bunk Mom"!!!!
