DVD Play

Hi everyone, very new with our 3711FL.
Can someone please explain how to play a DVD Movie.
I get sound through the sound bar but no picture, just the No Signal message.
The DVD player is an iRV 33. Seems like it should be so basic. Just can't figure it out.
Thanks, Cherie

I have the opposite problem, we have the picture, but sound bar won't operate

I do not like the entertainment system at all, it is the most difficult to operate, my Daughters, 19 and 21, tech savvy, say its a POS. If they aren't with us, we have to watch movies in our bedroom, on a SIMPLE blue ray player back there.

I have a 3711 Fl and mine works fine. Load a DVD in, turn the tv on with tv remote, then use dvd remote to watch. Not sure of the model player, but mine is factory blu Ray Samsung I believe. Tv remote controls sound bar.

Sam you might want to share year and model of your Monty and whether it is a Jenson or Furrion DVD player

You probably need to go into TV menu and select the proper source input. Most TVs have multiple cable input connections for over the air, DVD, satellite, etc.

Edit: Oops. I was too late.
