Rich, love the updates, we all are travelling with you. You and Helen stay safe.
I also suspect the ignitor, but hard to diagnose from the lake here.
keep 'em coming. put some bubbly soap or saliva on the valve stem opening, to see if that is the cause of your leak.
We have found lots of good places to eat, and will introduce you to some super peeps.
Good luck.

We are just East of OKC on I-44 and will connect with I-40 west in @ 1/2 hour.Smooth ride today..Suspect tire is holding air as we shoot temps and check PSI at evey stop. Helen is at the helm and she says ..ya mule..ya mule so we will push on..Wagons west..Beautiful day 71 Degrees A /C on..Oh..Also the Appolo Micro wave crapped out..It makes all the correct noises but nothing happens...cold in..cold out.

Rich...you are about to hit the absolute worst part of I 40. Be glad you have the Mor-Ryde pin box, it will pay for itself today.

Isn't that aircard great, Rich? It really entertains the person who isn't driving the mules. We'll be right behind you in about a month!

Thanks Ozz we will be through Amarillo tomarrow..Cat320 boy are you right..Could have churned butter..The Mor Ryde system paid off...nothing out of place..We did 436 Miles today..Helen whipped those mules hard..we are 1151.4 miles into our journey..will spend all day in Texas tomorrow. Good news is the tire that was not holding air held all day today..The bad news the kitchen faucet now wobbles all over the counter top..We are impressed with the performance of the Verizon aircard thus far..We are impressed with the way this truck and 3400 handles at 65 to 75 MPH..no driver fatigue at all..we are not impressed with the things falling apart.. Correction..we are going across the skinny part of Texas..be across in no time

I think you are supposed to keep under 65 on those tires.

Where from Albuquerque? I would suggest due South, get into the warmer weather as soon as possible, as there is a cold front moving in. I would consider cutting West at Rincon on 26, cuts out the gotta-drive-thru town of Las Cruces. We saw semi's on it, we wished we would have tried it, looks lots shorter.
Stay at Baudry in Tucson, get the GUMBO at the bar-eatery. Bob, you still there?
We take 8 to 85, by-pass that horrible traffic knot at Phoenix, tie into 10, hit Quartsite, then on to Parker. Try a day at la Paz County campground, eat at the floating bar on the Colorado River, get the super good Burgler & Fry's plate for $4.00.
(The Indian Casino is in Parker, the $1.00 Wheel Of Fortune machine has a hand lettered sign on it saying; "Take my money", I hit it for over $1500)
Helen, keep her between the ditches.........

Rich, I'm sure you did not see me, but I was flying air cover for you in Beech Duchess (BE 76). You looked good from the air.

Cat320..Thanks for the air support..We are at the 166 mile marker, KOA in Albuquerque. N.M did 444 miles today 1585.6 miles into the journey.
High winds and loooooong grades between Santa Rosa and Albuquerque the mules were screaming today but performed well. OZZ we are turning the Wagon South on I-25 in The AM per your suggestion..Snow predicted in Flagstaff..big winter storm in the works..We see Rt# 26..looks good...Thanks for the heads up...

Rich,
26 is indeed the way to go, we use that all the time and works fine with a trailer. Traveling 40 west from Alb. this time of year can be real nasty at times.

Carol,
Wellll, yes there is ice in there. I have a brother in Chicago whose wife refuses to leave during the winter. Wants to enjoy the snow. We keep that picture handy and email it to him whenever they have a bad winter storm.
