She's hooked up and ready to go
Finally got my bed rails installed in my new to me truck. I lowered my hitch to the last bolt holes and hooked her up. I know it is a stock height truck but it sure seemed a whole lot higher then my last which was 2wd and it had me worried. I was so tickled when I got it hooked up and she is fairly level and I still have 7 inches between the truck rails and the bottom of the trailer. Now I got to get a plate welded over the hole in the bed left by the removal of the goose neck. Now I got to get a step stool cause even though I am 6'2"with long arms I still have a problem reaching the lock I put on the latch lol lol

That is a nice looking setup! Really did well finding that truck! We use a step stool that folds, from CW. I am six foot, but can't reach because of my belly! Lol. Have fun!

We use a ladder that hooks on the tire of the truck. Congrats on the new truck! You will love it!

Nice looking truck. It's not the difference between DRW and SRW it's the newer trucks. I use one of those folding plastic stools to access my tool box etc. It folds up and fits right between the tool box and the bed.

I was going to run into the same "covering the hole from the gooseneck" situation, but I got a B&W Companion for cheap. Nice looking setup!
