My Birthday Weekend
I'm starting to plan my birthday weekend for January 15 through 18. We're looking at South Carolina again but haven't picked a place. Any suggestions?

Kristi and I agree with the Desert Bar. It's only a short drive from South Carolina. I'll call ahead and reserve the lake view table next to the fountain.

I would absolutely love to have it at the Desert Bar again but it's not in the cards this year. A four day trip limits us pretty much to South Carolina.

Four days sounds like coastal maine to me...not too much snow, refreshing wind off the water, morning fogs, a touch of dampness with the smell of lobster! Course, I will be in sw florida, but would think of you. John

I liked Hilton Head Harbor RV Resort and Marina, 20 miles east from exit 8 on I95, you park and tour the CG and pick your site.

We made reservations at Ocean Lakes Family Campground, 6001 South Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC. We'll be there for four nights from 1/15 to 1/19. We're on site HH14. Anyone who can make it, we'd love for you to join us. Tell the campground that you are with us and they will try to keep us together.
So far, we have three reservations made. Any more joining us?
