New Montana Owner -- Alabama

Hi all,
I just purchased a 2008 Keystone Montana 3000RK. I'm not new to camping, but am new to fifth-wheeling. Having pulled goosenecks before I am converting to a Gen-Y goosneck coupler. This is will not be our last fifth-wheel, but we wanted to get our feet wet with this smaller one before upgrading in a few years when we retire. It seems to be a well built camper. All systems work, but as with anything of this age I am expecting issues to crop up from time to time. Any advice on what to look for or expect with this unit is welcomed and greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to some camping soon and hope to be interactive with this community as well.

Thanks!

Marc Russo

Welcome to the MOC! There are still a few early 300RK members around here and help, if needed, will be available.

Welcome.
I have a 2007 3000RK still in use
I like the rig and floor plan.
Im pretty rough on it and had to make a few repairs since i have owned it.. but overall I'm still happy with it.

Great to meet another earlier model 3000RK owner. We took official delivery Saturday. I'm sure I'll have some questions for you as we start to use it and make it our own.

Thanks everyone for the welcome!
