Delaminated cargo doors

Hi everyone! We are considering a 2011 3400RL. The pics show bad delamination on the cargo doors. Dealer said they plan to replace the doors.

Is this common? What would have caused this issue? I have never seen this before (delam on cargo doors) in any trailer we have looked at, and we have seen quite a few. Only delam we ever saw were on the body.

Would it be safe to purchase after doors have been replaced? I don't know how they would deal with the decal on the doors....

From the photo, the entry door seems to have a slight bow to it at the bottom.

We had one delaminated door replaced under warranty. Water leakage, poor sealing.

get a pro to inspect unit - the several $$$ is worth it - i would not buy a new unit without it let alone a used
