I would reccommend cooking oil added to tanks when empty. Some say Calgon liquid. Also remove back cover from conv. Center remove handles so as to be able to run lubricant down tube of cable. Works for me.

Up behind the belly pan is where the valves are. It seems there are differences in exactly how each model is built, but you can get an inkling of the location of the valves this way. Look at where the discharge pipe comes out of the belly pan. The black and grey valves are typically on either side of the "Y" that is up inside the belly pan where the pipes from the grey tank and the black tank meet. My valves are within about 6" of the center line of down pipe.

Because there is significant difficulty in getting to the valves from underneath on my rig, I have cut an access door in the floor of my basement directly above the valves for easy service and/or replacement. The unit should have been built with a door here in my opinion.

As I said, these models are built differently from model to model and from year to year. My "T" handles run straight back through the frame beam to the valves while other units have flex-cables. If the other suggestions do not get the result you are looking for, this may be an option.
