What is this?

Can some one tell me what this is?? My wife was on the roof and snapped this picture. Seems as if there should be a cover.

Everyone is correct! That is your roof mounted solar prep. Below is a flyer showing the packages that can be installed with that prep.

Mootana is correct it’s the MC4 plug for the solar prep. You have wires running from there to the belly of your trailer.

Thanks everyone. Should there be a cover on it or am I good the way it is?

No need for a cover.

How did you get your wife to go up on the roof? That's the bigger question.

Is this a new option? Know I have a connection in convenience center but do not think there is a connection on roof. Wife will not go check since it is raining!

I go up on the roof all the time. We decided against slide covers so I am the official leaf sweeper. Doesn't bother me and I enjoy doing my part. And ScootSK is right, we wives are awesome.
