RequireLA RV Park close to Disney & Universal
We have planned to spend Christmas in LA and want to go to Disneyland and Universal. Anyone know of a resaonably priced RV Park somewhat close to both attractions?
Appreciate your input.

We stay at East Shore RV Park in San Dimas, Ca. It has very large spaces, we stay in the C section and ask for Lake view.
It is about five minutes from the I-10- 57 interchange. It is right by the LA County Fair Grounds. Even though it is freeway close you feel like you are in the country. You would need reservations at that time of the year, because it is about half an hour from the Rose Parade. We like it enough that we go for a two or three day stay and never leave the park. They do have some coupons on line.

I'm with the East Shore fans. It is more central to Disneyland and Universal than Canyon RV Park but it's very large (lotsa slow driving to get out). The other good thing is to reserve early and they'll assign you a spot.
Here's their website:

I have been to Canyon RV as well, but for your purposes East Shore will probably suit you better. Most other campgrounds in the area are more like concrete mobile home parks.
Both RV parks have friendly staff and friendly neighbors. I've never had problems at either park even on Holiday weekends. But East Shore is more central to our friends and family and Southern California attractions.
