That doesn't look noise high to me at all mine sits just like that and i have never had any problems at all I think CW is selling you a bill of goods!

Yep, I reached out to Andersen they are swapping out my Hitch for the 4” lowered hitch which Jason said will work with my setup and let me drop my setup 1-2” down even though I am not sure I need to.

What you have is perfect. Don't spend a dime to fix what ain't broken.

The distance of 9" is great. You just don't want it too close like 4" or less.

Looking good in the picture. Level is just that. If you had a flat bed truck and had 24-36 inches of clearance what would they say then? You look just fine.
