Interesting, thanks. How do you plan to inflate them? 12v inflator, 110v compressor, or foot pump?
As for slides affecting level, I wondered about that, too, but found ours do not affect level because I have stabilizers in place. It does not seem to shift things off level on the trailer suspension, either. At least on ours. The levelairs wouldn't be any different than using blocks in that respect.
This is what I do when leveling with blocks but I don't see where it would be any different with the bags. I found that putting a block under just one wheel raises the coach half the height of the block. THat allows some fine tuning of level. So if I just needed to raise the coach a little, I'd probably just use one bag. Maybe up to an inch. Above that I'd use two bags/blocks but might have one wheel a bit higher than the other to fine tune the level.
That said, it would be nice to be able to see the level while airing up the bags, to eliminate the guesswork. Maybe there's room for yet another invention here.
I didn't see anything on the website about max height increase of the inflated bags. Anybody know? The highest we've had to raise one side is about five or six inches, and that made me rather uncomfortable. It does not appear the bags could be used in conjunction with blocks or other devices.
Thanks for the info. The levelairs look very interesting to me.
