airmech, several Montana's seem to have this same problem. Mine is a 2004 and my rear axle is wearing on the inside tires. It was still under warranty at the time and I still had a hard time from the axle manufacture (alko) to repair. Their idea was that I had run over something and bent the axle. I decided if I rotate my tires once a year they will need replacing because of age before wear.
