2007 Mountaineer Edition

Since moving to Florida, and adopting our 7 year old grand daughter, we have found school here runs 10 months. With that in mind the Montana is sitting in Michigan 10 months with no usage at all. It is a 2007 but was first sold and delivered in 2008 and the original owners only had it 3 months before health issues made selling the only option. We have had it 3 years, and it has set on the cement lot in Michigan and only been used very little in the summer, as it was only 18 miles from home. The decals are the normal for a 2007, peeling. That is the absolute only thing we have had any problem with. It comes completely equipped, just open the door and bring in the groceries. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, linens, hook ups, grill, and absolutely everything needed is there, including 16k hitch. We would take out a few personal things, but other than that its ready to roll. Tires have about 900 miles on them and have been covered all the time, upgraded inverter in 2012. Never any leaks, pets or smoking. For more info or pictures send me an email: steve.beach42@yahoo.com, or a message here. We sure will miss the trailer, but the traveling part of our lives are over for now. Also added is an under nose compartment for storage, and an outside grill area wind block and counter top. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie

Might be helpful to add your asking price and whether or not the tires are the originals.

Thanks, did forget those things. No the tires are two years old and like I said, always covered, and we're sking $22,900.00 with everything included. Also forgot to list living room is new 40 inch flat screen and bedroom is flat screen 32 inch. since we have satellite TV, the unit has been rewired for the two inside TV's and one storage compartment one outside, so any one at any time can be used on satellite, antenna, or campground cable. Well, so far the Montana still sits. Have had some inquires but weather in Michigan hasen't really been anything someone would be going camper shopping in yet, so its early. Got the permits going for the addition here, so am hoping for some more lookers and buyers. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie

Well, up there I mentioned the weather in Michigan not too great for camping??? Well high of 51 here today and going down to mid 30o's tonight. Maybe that will have an effect on lookers also--lol. Happy Trails, Steve and Susie
