The fresh water tank is in that area. Do you keep water in the fresh water tank if so it may be leaking.

If I don't keep an eye on the Gray tank from Bathroom. I will overflow when it's full and it runs on the ground about a couple of gallons or so. I have had neighbors upset thinking it's the Black tank. The toilet burbs a couple of days before it's completely full so that's not the case.

Waterjone, my neighbor in the park this winter had a similar situation on his other brand of fifth wheel. His issue was that he wasn't using a pressure regulator on the water supply and this allowed water to get past the check-valve in the 12vdc pump and feed backwards and into his fresh water tank until it overflowed out the vent on top of the tank. Eventually it found a path out the bottom to the ground and we noticed the flow. John

waterjoe, not sure what your fresh tank has as far as fill pipe, but our 2001 had a very cheap plastic corrugated hose. It dry rotted and cracked at the tank itself. Montana uses a better hose now but I would check that also
