Level Up Problem--Need Help

Needless to say it's Saturday in a tiny town with no service people in the area. Our level up's are way too high on the driver's side with the wheels off the ground. We are tilted. The front jacks are up very high. I turned the control to on and nothing happens. It won't turn on. I did see a "checking ground" message yesterday. We are not mechanical. If anyone knows a service person in the area of Gretna, Va or can tell us what to do. We're dead in the water. 520-705-4490

Actually today is Friday according to my records. Sounds like the system needs to be recalibrated. I would call Lippert and they will walk you through the process. They did this for me about 2 1/2 years ago and it resolved the problem.

If you can get the panel for the level up to power on go to manual mode and level that way. You can also do a search on the forum and find the sequence to reset level.

If you are able to eventually level your unit manually, here is the reset level sequence.

ZERO SETTING THE CONTROL

1. Turn “ON/OFF” button “OFF”
2. Push “FRONT” button 10 times
3. Push “REAR” button 10 times
4. Control Panel will flash and beep, LCD says “ZERO POINT CALIBRATE”
5. To memorize this level condition, press “ENTER”
6. LCD says “ZERO POINT STABILITY SUCCESSFULLY CALIBRATE”
7. The control will then turn off.
8. Turn “ON/OFF” on to commence operation.

Thanks for the help. It was a black inch square (maybe a fuse) that had the top off of it. Popped it back on and we have power. I told you we aren't mechanical. We're pulling out to tomorrow and hopefully can find a level site and try the zero setting control. Thanks so much for the help.
