NORCOLD MODEL 1210 NOT FULLY COOLING

As stated we have a Norcold 1210 that cools but not enough. Water will not freeze in trays & frig not cool enough for food to stay safe.
Everything worked great when we returned from Arizona.
Left Monty at our RV site hooked up to power & water & when we returned 1 month later the frig had this problem. I sent a general RV service man out to check the unit & according to him everything checks out. This leads him to believe the cooling unit is bad & I should take it in to be replaced. He does'nt do that work. This would mean a 100 mile drive one-way to Camping World. Trying to avoid that.
Could the thermister checkout but still be bad ??
I know some people say to turn the unit upside down. I'm 75 years old & not about to do that. So no talk about that.
Any other suggestions are welcomed.

I had to add a cooling fan to my previous rig to run on the coils on condenser I bought a fan at a RV store and installed myself. A temporary test would place a small fan in lower compartment to see if that helps

Check for birds nest or spider web in top vent if on roof.
After looking again, I see you have a 3455sa, our 2010 had a fan to draw air through the coils.
Turning the fridge on its top was called burping, it is not recommended on models as new as yours.
A skilled tech should be able to tell you precisely what is wrong.
If it proves to be the cooling unit, you can Oder them new and rebuilt, shipped to you.
Is there a failure code on the front of the fridge? If it does it probably needs a new circuit board.
Good Luck!

I've checked the back for anything blocking the airways and I see nothing.
There is no error code showing.

Check the thermistor connector under the lamp cover. If it's ok, I would try a thermistor if available locally. Connector issues caused the same problem for us at the Fall Rally.
