Any takers?

For sale: one slightly used **%^ remote control thermostat! The "flippin" thing has been replaced by the CCC unit, and we are so pleased! Dometic sent the unit to us no charge, we paid our mobile rv mechanic to install it and it was sure well worth it.
No more "beep" "beep" "beeps" !!!!!!! (and no more dirty words)

I replaced a Two stage remote thermostat on a 15 ton rooftop Carrier Monday, it wasn't bringing the second stage on, it's right here in the office,....reading 60 degrees. (It's 72)
It was a special order from Carrier, Junk, in my opinion. I imagine the RV ones aren't any better.

Send a message via MSN to Parrothead
Coingrat, Roamingusa, we did ours some time ago and can't believe the difference. There has got to be enough of those remotes around to make some kind of art form, decoration, lights for awning or something. LOL We have 2.

Glad you got Dometic to send it to you. They would NOT send the CCC unit directly to us, so we had to have it installed at a non-Montana Keystone dealer 30 miles from home! We are very happy with it too.

Actually they sent it to our mobile rv mechanic. He rec'd it two days after I contacted Dometic! Very pleased with Dometic's customer service. They got right back to me the same day with emails.

Hey guys and gals.. Its me again. I'm trying to be a fly on the wall here and learn from everyone. So when I get my monty I will be the perfect camper

Is the thermostat issue something I can get worked out at the dealer before purchase? Should I just plan on getting it replaced.
Just wondering.

Blue, no longer installing the monster nightmare maker they are talking about. You can relax on this one.
