3120RL Norcold Refrigerator
We have had our new trailer for about two weeks, on the morning of 4/30, our refrigerator didn’t seem to be as cold as it should be, the next day it appeared to be working again. Sunday it started doing the same thing, called the dealer we purchase our rv from, they suggested we call a mobile service tech. The freezer appears to be working, it is just the refrigerator that we are having issues with.
Can anybody recommend a tech in the San Francisco Bay Area? Does anyone have any thoughts on something simple that could be the issue.

Welcome to the forum!
Can't help with a tech in the SFO area but check that the center bar between the two doors on the frig is closing properly.

Call the manufacturer and ask for a mobile tech on their warranty approved list.

We have the same rv and fridge. AZ Traveler is correct. Make sure the bar in the center properly closes. We had the same issue and once we started doing that the fridge works great.

As near as I can tell, the door is closing completely. I was talking with other campers here in the park, they have a Avalanche, with the same fridge, that was their issue.
I was looking on the Norcold website, I found a couple of authorized service centers, the problem is getting someone to return my call, or who does mobile repair.

I had good luck calls my Atwood and Dometic CS and ask for one. Both gave me a list of mobile techs near me authorized. Norcold CS probably will do the same.

At night, put a bright light inside the fridge and close the doors. Look for escaping light. If it is a seal get it replaced under warranty as the seal and door are sold as one part and stupid expensive.
