I replaced ours with the E-Z Flex system earlier this year with the help of a friend and it took us about 2 1/2 hours to do. It was well worth it as the original system was just about worn out. If you put a lot of miles on your rig I would recommend that you have it changed out. The original nylon bushings were shot along with the hanger brackets.
