Textured Paint Cleaning

I have a 2010 3400RL fifth wheel and I need help on what to use to clean the aluminum lower skirting that has a painted textured white finish. I have tried dozens of cleaners but nothing works.

Probably need to remove grease, dirt, road grime, and diesel soot from all the truck traffic. If blue dawn doesn't clean it, then you need a soap meant to clean the waterline area on boats which gets some real nasty stuff. West marine used to sell crystal boat soap which did wonders, but other waterline boat cleaners should work too. John

You may think I am crazy, but I use Kboom foaming bath cleaner. I just don't leave it on long. Black streaks and grime will come right off. Read label carefully and test a section, spray it on wait two min and rinse well. It works on impossible road grime. Note: I have very health wax coat on my RV. It gets redone after the Kboom treatment ! We used it on our houseboat. Scrubbing bubbles works about the same. Test it first!
