Cable connection

Hi all. At three full hookup sites over the summer at three different states, I've tried to get cable connections with no luck. I've connected to the 'top' connector labeled as cable and scanned both televisions in the 'cable' mode, versus air, with no luck in having any station picked up. The cable I'm using has always worked in the past our other RV's. I'm wondering if:
A). Are my utility hookups labeled correctly (top of three labeled as cable)?
B). Is there some other connection or disconnect I must do to get the cable setup to my televisions?
C). Do I have an internal cabling issue in my trailer?

I haven't yet, but I'll check the continuity of my cable to make sure it's not the issue, even though I don't believe it is.

Ray

Make sure that green button that you push when you have the antanna up for reception is off (light is off). Ours is located in the closet at the front of the bedroom by some wires for the television. How do I (Jan)know?

Ditto what Jan said. If the antenna booster is on, you won't get your cable reception. Ask how I know LOL

It's also possible that your connection is set for satellite. On ours, in the bedroom where the antenna booster is located there is a jumper cable that you have to move if you have satellite and move back for local antenna or cable. Someone here posted a wiring diagram for the newer rigs a while back and I saved it. If you want a copy email me at dqdick10432@yahoo.com.

And if the green light is not on when you are not hooked up to cable you will not receive over the air tv stations.. Don't ask me how I know...
A long long story..
